I got the shotgun skyscraper and Haro campaigns from Niche Website Builders a few months ago to build my websites authority and hopefully get more traffic. I've been using niche website builder's service for a while now to get links from my website

So it's been a few months since I made an update video on all of this. So I've been using their shotgun skyscraper and their horror service

So we're going to take a look at what links I got and if it's helped my website at all

So this is the spreadsheet that they send you for shotgun skyscraper

But here you can just see the URL. So I just put it to the homepage of each of the websites

Rejected means that the website wasn't good enough for the link. So they rejected it

Negotiation means that they're trying to get the link, but they haven't got it yet

And then one obviously means that they got the link. The website was good enough for the link, and they got the link

So you can see they had a lot of rejected at the beginning. So it took a little while to get it

get all these links and then towards the end they started winning a lot more. In the previous video I went over some of these links up here so I'll come down here and

check out some of these links. Overall the links are okay they're not amazing they're not bad

Here's an example what gadget.net. The niche isn't exactly what my website is but my website is in the tech space so this is

close enough but looking at this right here I don't really like it has a looks like a

looked at, but worse than this one. Overall, this one, I really like this one. So it's a hit and

miss. So as you know, the way the shotgun skyscraper works is they create one article for you

and they get a bunch of links to that one article. So in theory, you would think that the page authority

of that one article would go way up, way past your DR. So say you have a DR of 18, you would think your URL rating would go to 20 or 25, something like that

because you built up 16 links. But then I went ahead and grabbed the URL that they created and looked at if the URL rating went up

And as you can see, the domain rating of my website is 18, and the URL rating is also 18

And so these are the 17 back links. I got 16 do follows from niche website builders

And then I guess one random link to me. But overall it doesn seem like these links are providing any juice because the URL rating hasn really gone up But maybe that just takes time I don know But overall I would expect this to be higher but it the same so let me know in the comments below if you know why that is wouldn you

So they've definitely been working hard to secure some links on here

They've had to send a lot of pitches, and a lot of them are still awaiting response

which is just the way it goes. You reach out to a bunch of people, and you just have to hope that they get back to you

And they said sometimes you'll get a link, and you won't even know you got the link, because they won't even message you or email you

and let you know that they did. And then they also have here, I don't know what the negative 446 is

but this is days between pitch and link placement. So you can see some of them are really quick, three days

Some of them take a lot longer. This one took 22 days to get the link. This one took 32 days, 37

Unfortunately, though, sometimes you'll get a link and there'll be no follow, or sometimes they won't even be successful at all

So overall, the Haro service has been okay. I've only got three links so far, so it's hard to really say

So now we'll just take a look at all the numbers and see what's happened since I've been using their service

So when I first bought the service in October of last year, I had 245 articles and 462,000 words

And now my website in July of this year has 331 articles and a total of 633,000 words

So I've written about 200,000 more words of content. Well, I haven't written my writers wrote it, but I have that many more words on my website

and I've gained 10 links in July. Well, I've gained these 10 links over these past few months

but I just updated it in July. But my total gain lengths since I've had the service is 24

My DA increased by 11 and my DR increased by 3. So you can see just AHRfs and Sim Rush, the total lengths

My website has been going down in traffic ever since, which I don't think has anything to do with the service that is completely unrelated

Overall, some of the links that I got are good. Some of them are bad, but that's just part of getting these links in bulk and the way the service works

This is all for free. Unless your website's making like at least a couple thousand bucks per month, I would say don't

bother with any of this service. just keep writing content but if you're making like three to five thousand dollars per
