Most of you know by now I've been using niche website builders shotgun skyscraper campaign service to try and get some backlinks for my main website
0:09
I've heard good things about both the company and the service and I haven't really done a real backlink outreach campaign for my site yet, so I wanted to give it a try
0:18
About a month ago, I made a video about my experience so far, and I wasn't happy at all
0:23
The links were terrible, and everyone in the comment section said the same things
0:27
Mason Y. These websites are definitely guest post farms. Sorry about your experience. The quality is one of the worst I've seen. Soren. Seems like most of them slash all are just guest post farms. You can buy these links from every SEO agency without paying for an outreach campaign. RCC. They look like websites I used to get from backlink Facebook groups for $15 to $25 per link. Diabetic Game Guy. I definitely think it's time to cut your losses with this campaign and company
0:56
Kate Barova? These websites look exactly like something you would find through Black Hat World for three times cheaper
1:03
Revista WP I don't know much about backlinks, but those websites are probably part of a PBM
1:09
Basically, the links are awful and not what I was expecting at all. I got a response to all of this and I'll talk about it later in this video
1:16
But first I wanted to talk about another problem that I had with niche website builders
1:20
According to some random guy on YouTube niche website builders had given this guy my URL without asking me or letting me know. I was pretty upset when I heard about this and I emailed niche website builders asking them if it was true. They emailed me back and they sent me a screenshot of an email that they got from this guy who claimed that niche website builders gave them my site, but after reading this, I don't think that's actually true. I think this guy is just trying to start problems, so check out this email. I just seen on Sean Marr's YouTube channel that niche website builders released 20
1:52
Tortish Cashflow's domain. He also said he is not using you ever again because of it
1:56
This is just the beginning. I will contact every YouTuber, every SEO expert, every podcast, and post on every forum and
2:04
social media about your scam company. You are selling PBN links for $120 each
2:10
Stop it now. If I see one more link to AMOR articles or any bull crap link farm from you, I will reveal
2:15
Sean Mar's domains, Tortoise, Cajflows, other domains, and I will tell everyone it came from
2:19
niche website builders. Your company is a scam. At least be honest about the type of links you are selling
2:24
I will personally destroy your entire company's reputation if you don't stop selling such crap links
2:29
Sell links to real sites, not fake link farms. So basically, this guy is just out to ruin niche website builders
2:36
He must have had a bad experience, which I can understand. But honestly, he probably figured out my URL on his own
2:42
using different tools and stuff. And he just said niche website builders did it to try to make them look bad
2:46
Now, I'm okay with giving your honest opinion about a company and their service like I'm doing here
2:52
But when you try to lie about something just to make somebody look bad
2:56
I don't agree with that at all. So if you're worried about the safety of your website information
3:01
based on my previous video, honestly, I don't think you have to worry about it
3:05
Nitch website builders really don't have any reason to give away people's domains
3:10
They have nothing to gain out of that and they wouldn't do it without asking you or letting you know
3:15
So here's what Nitch website builders has to say about all this. I think we can safely say that the link
3:19
link reveal did not come from us now with conviction. It's not actually that hard to reverse engineer sites URLs if you have little bit of information
3:27
and I think sharing the links meant that it made things even easier for them. And once you have one site, there are a whole host of ways to find others because of similarities between builds
3:36
We really appreciate you sharing another video putting the record straight on the suggested URL reveal once we started getting the new links for you as this claim is pretty damaging for us I definitely agree with that so here the follow video that I agreed to make Before I continue I put a lot of work into gathering all these emails comments screenshots and everything else
3:54
I think this video probably took about 10 hours or so to make. I just want to ask if you find this video helpful and you're enjoying it so far
4:00
Just take five seconds out of your time and hit the thumbs up button. It really helps out the channel a lot
4:05
Really appreciate it and back to the video. Okay, now that we got all that cleared up, let's talk about these awful links that I got from
4:11
niche website builders. Again, I emailed the team, and here's the response that I got from Mark
4:15
himself. I agree with your ysis of the links we've built so far too. While a few links from
4:20
multi-nitch sites are okay, provided they meet our quality criteria, I'd hope to see more niche
4:25
specific sites. Seems like you just got an unusually high ratio of multi-nish sites, which should
4:30
have been picked up at our end. So that's great. One of the founders of niche website builders
4:34
himself took a look at the links, and he agreed they were bad and is willing to make them right. I'd like
4:41
to make you an offer to put things right. I'll send you a full refund now for everything that you've
4:45
paid to date, but I'd also like to fulfill your order at no cost so that we can demonstrate
4:49
our true capabilities. We'll make sure the links we obtain going forward are weighted to niche
4:53
relevancy. Please let me know if you'd be happy to do this. I was surprised by their response
4:58
and definitely happy that they were willing to do this. So I got the refund I wanted, but I also can
5:03
keep this case study going for a couple of months to show you guys what kind of links you can get
5:08
from niche website builders when they're on top of their game. But I should be honest, the links that I'm going to get now probably won't be what you guys
5:15
are going to get unless niche website builders makes a few changes, because in my opinion
5:20
they're growing too fast, and it's hard for them to keep up with the quality control
5:24
as you saw in the links that I got previously. Here's another email that Mark sent me
5:29
To give you a little more information, we had a new link builder working on your account
5:33
and they managed to bypass the quality control process unknowingly, which is why things didn't go so well with your campaign
5:39
We've put further measures in place to stop this from happening again in the future. For better or worse, we don't treat any of our influencer partners any differently from Joe Public
5:48
because we're confident enough in the quality of our service that we don't feel that special treatment is needed ordinarily
5:53
So basically, they're hiring too many people it's hard to keep up with, and as a result, the quality is going down
5:59
It's nice to know that they don't treat influencers any differently, so you know that the results that you're seeing are also what you can expect
6:06
I can respect the transparency there. I know a lot of other companies would do everything that they can to make sure a public case study goes smoothly
6:14
even if that's not how the service typically goes. Anyways, I'm sure the links I'm going to receive now are what Mark Mars and Adam Smith had in mind when they first started their company
6:23
But maintaining that level of quality is hard when you've scaled into a business making millions of dollars per year with a bunch of employees all in a matter of a couple years
6:34
So remember how we said those links that I got were probably PBNs or Link Farms, and there's no way that they actually did real outreach to get them
6:44
Well, I asked for emails to prove that they were actual outreach and a shotgun skyscraper method
6:53
Surprisingly, I got those emails. Huge respect for doing that, but after looking at some of these emails, it doesn't really look too good
7:00
So this email here is really the only one that looks like real outreach
7:04
She introduced herself, said she's from my website, and she just put together this article and suggested she linked to it to add extra information for readers
7:14
So all of that looks pretty good. And then the webmaster agreed and posted the link
7:20
Now is the end of that. So this email actually looks good, but the rest of them don't look like this
7:26
So here another email saying she has another guest post Would you be interested So this suggests that she worked with this person before and she coming back to order again And coming down a little bit further you see
7:38
are you open for link insertions? I got a bit of a bulk order. You see, these are a bunch of other people's domains
7:43
These are not my domains. And these were blurred out before I got the email
7:47
I'm not blurring these out. So these are other people's domains that they're hiding. And then you come here and here is my domain here
7:53
which I will blur out. So this was a bulk order for me
7:57
as well as a bunch of other people that signed up for niche website builders shotgun skyscraper campaign
8:02
Here's another email introducing herself as Amanda from niche website builders, so nothing to do with my domain
8:10
She didn't say I'm Amanda from my domain. So she's using her authority with niche website builders to gain these links
8:17
and it has nothing to do with just outreach like you would expect in a shotgun skyscraper campaign
8:23
and after one email all the links were added for a set cost like it's been agreed to already in the past
8:31
and here we go another batch of link insurgents with this guy so we got two other domains here that
8:36
aren't mine and then you have my domain so they're doing batch orders so here's another one
8:41
introducing herself as Amanda from niche website builders again and she said she has a total of 12 orders
8:46
looks like some people retracted their orders your total order is 14 then this person
8:53
actually emailed them and said hi Amanda any orders for me and then Amanda replied back from
8:59
niche website builders and says she actually has some more clients and one of them is me so this was not a
9:05
shotgun skyscraper outreach this was literally the other person reaching out to niche website
9:11
builders teams asking if they want links and giving my website not really what I was expecting at all
9:18
so like I said the first email from Bianca Wright looked pretty legit she introduced herself
9:23
as someone from my company using an email that had my URL attached to it
9:29
What I see, though, all the other emails were sent from a niche website builder team member
9:34
with a email attached to the niche website builders employee. They were using their authority with niche website builders to attain these links
9:43
and they were doing bulk orders with my URL plus a bunch of other people
9:48
not really a shotgun skyscraper type of outreach like I would expect
9:54
It almost seems like my shotgun skyscraper campaign got mixed up with maybe another order
9:59
and I was just getting link insurgents and guest posts from a list of websites that NICH website builders already had connections with
10:06
Anyways, now let's take a look at some of the new links that Nitch Website Builders has been building and trying to build this past month
10:14
So the first thing I noticed when I was looking at the links that I got from Nitch website builders
10:18
is just the amount of rejected links. Comparing it to the last round with low quality
10:25
they won every single one, which means they were probably going after easier to get links
10:31
webmasters that they knew that they could get links from already. Whereas this go around, they're reaching out to newer people
10:37
that the likelihood of getting a link from them is lower, but the quality should be higher in theory
10:43
So I was only able to get one link so far out of the 16. So we'll take a look at that one
10:48
And then we'll take a look at some of these other sites that they tried to get links from, but were unsuccessful
10:53
So here's the site here. It's all about, looks like phones and computers and stuff
10:58
You got Android, Google, iPhone, Mac, support. The overall look of the site looks pretty good, in my opinion
11:04
I'm not sure if these reviews are real or not. But if they are, then they got a lot of good reviews
11:08
Not sure what all of these are. Articles, maybe. Oh, yeah, recent articles. Check out their About Us page privately held located in downtown Portland Oregon on Okay so that looks alright Check out a few other articles Top five on CRM Solutions Overall I would say that this website is maybe a little bit better than the other links
11:28
It's more on topic, I would say. So I'll just quickly go through all the other links that they tried to get and let you guys just take
11:35
a look at it. So here we have saved delete.com. It looks like they've got sports, business, intertips, health and fitness, automobiles
11:42
entertainment technology so this again doesn't seem like that great of a site just
11:48
because it's all the topics are random so it wouldn't really build authority in
11:53
my niche I don't think I feel like if you get a link you want it to be in the same
11:57
niche as you and this just has a category on everything so in my opinion this site
12:01
I'm not really liking this one same thing here the European Business Review
12:05
I'm not taking an in-depth look at these websites but just from the surface level I don't really care for it but I'll let you guys do a deeper dive and
12:12
these sites and see if it's a link that you would like to have and i will leave a link in the
12:16
description like i did before to check out all these links yourself and tm.net we got news review
12:22
tutorials blogs becks so this one seems more on the tech side which is what my niche is so this
12:28
definitely seems a lot better for a to have a link from but again these are ones i haven't got links
12:34
from these are the ones that they just tried to and negotiation failed here's another one
12:40
Android Gadgett's apps. So this one's more on the tech side, it sounds like
12:44
Gaming, which could be part of my niche. It's fine. Overall, this website seems fine as well
12:50
Unigamecity.com. Here's some more. This is more of a gaming niche, which, again, could work for my website
12:59
Just fine. And overall, this website looks good. Just from the surface level here, I wouldn't mind having a link from this site
13:05
But again, I would have to do more of a deep dive. And the game of nerds
13:09
That's what that site looks like. So again, I'll leave a link down in the description box below
13:12
where you can check out all these websites for yourself. And let me know in the description down below
13:17
what you think about these new links from niche website builders. I think Adam and Mark are good people
13:22
and they want what's best for their company. They're really trying to do what's right here
13:26
The links I'm receiving now are decent and I'm sure that has always been their goal
13:31
Unfortunately, the company has gotten too large. They've hired too many employees
13:35
and it's very hard for two people to make sure that the links that their customers are getting are of high quality
13:41
My suggestion would be to downscale, maybe have two or three people that are doing the shotgun skyscraper outreach
13:48
that you've personally trained yourself to make sure that they do it right
13:51
Since you'll have fewer people fulfilling these orders, you'll probably have to put a monthly cap on how many orders you take per month
13:58
which is completely fine. Carl Broadbent has a service himself. Each month, it seems like it sells out in about 10 minutes
14:04
He could hire people to do the work for him, to scale the business, but he would have the same problem if he tried to grow it too fast
14:13
the quality would go down. So I respect Carl for focusing on quality, and I'm sure he will hire
14:19
people in the future, and when he does, he will train the people to make sure that they can find
14:24
the keywords just as well as he can before growing the business too fast. Nitch website builders
14:31
should take a similar approach, fewer employees, fewer monthly orders, but a higher quality
14:36
service. Sure, you will make less money, but you will have a much better product, happier customers
14:41
and the business people respect that will be around for years to come. Let me know what you think
14:46
about niche website builders, will you use their service in the future? Do you think they'll make
14:50
the necessary changes to fix their product? Let me know down in the comments below. If you haven't seen
14:54
my other videos on niche website builders, here's a custom playlist. You can click on that to see my
14:59
other videos. I've documented the whole experience so far. Anyways, thanks for watching. I'll see you in the next
