I Can't believe how far I've come. I made $3k in one month of blogging, which I NEVER imagined possible. I sold one of my sites for $1600 which was half of the income, but even without that, I made about $1500 in one month of blogging which is absolutely crazy. I really can't believe these numbers are real. What's up guys? It's Tortus Cash Flow. This is going to be my income report for July of 2021

It was actually a really good month, one of the best months I've had. And I also finished selling one of my websites

So that's going to go into play with how much money I've made. So in total, we made just over $3,000 this month, which is pretty crazy

Anyways, let's go. So I have a video going over this in more detail coming up

It's going to go over how much I made from owning the website. What I sold it for, what I spent on it, and my total profit for the website

But just to go over it real quick, I sold this site last month for $1,600

The payment and everything went through this month, which is why I'm counting it for this month

So this should be the last time that we see this website. Before I sold it, I made $3.89 from affiliate income this month

And we made 286 from Edsense, and I think we made some from Ezoic, but it's not on my Ezoic account

anymore, so I don't know how I can look up exactly how much I made. It was probably like five bucks or something

So in total this month, this website, which is site number one to site number three, it made $1,606.75

The expenses to sell the site was $210. So in total this month, we profited $1,396.75 from site number three

In total for this year, this website earned me $1,4,000. $95 and total profit from owning the website from purchasing it, adding about $100 worth of content

holding it for about a year and a half and then selling it. In total, I've profited around $500

from this investment, which isn't really that bad. I think it's like a 30% ROI, which is pretty

good for a year and a half. Overall, I think it was a good decision, even though I probably could

have bought this site for like $500 instead of $1,000 because when I bought it, it wasn't even making

any money. It had the traffic, but I think it was making a few dollars on, and Amazon, but there was no ad sense on it. There was no Ezoic. So when I put that on there

that's what made most of the money that it made. Before that, it wasn't making any money. So I probably could have bought this site for like five or six hundred, but I ended up buying it for

a thousand. I still came out profitable. And it was a good experience, both learning how to buy a

We had a 19% increase on traffic. So last month it only got 44,000 views and this month it got

53,000. Looking at the Google search console over the past 12 months, it's had a steady increase

And since around April, the traffic has been pretty crazy going up and down all crazy. That's just

from Google. It's been, Google's been putting a lot of updates recently. So overall, my traffic

is still up compared to before April so I don't know I guess that means Google

likes this website I not sure hopefully an update doesn come that destroys my traffic but so far Google seems to appreciate my website So looking at Amazon Associates for my main website we earned

We brought in $78.90 from AdSense. In total, Ezoic, we made $932.56

And the reason why it's up so much higher from last month is you'll take a look at the premium as we made nearly double from the premium alone

which is because last month we finally passed the 600 mark, which is what you need to upgrade your premium

So we upgraded our premium. Now I'm paying like $200 a month, and you can make anywhere between $300 to $400 extra from premium

Site number two is also doing really good. So it had over 25% increase in traffic last month

Last month, it brought in over 1,100 visitors. And this month, it brought in over 1,400. And I haven't done any work onto this site for a few months. And it still continues to grow

Looking at the Google Search console, over the past 12 months, you'll see that it's, for about six to eight months

It really didn't have much growth at all. And all of a sudden, in the past few months now, it has just taken off

The hockey stick growth on this one is pretty strong, so you'll see it just continues to grow and grow each month

It's getting over a 1969 EPMV, so really good website. Like I said, this website is in a YMYL niche, so there's a lot of sometimes medical websites that are showing up for this

So total profit for this month was $2,456.80. And 88 cents. so definitely the best month of the year and if we subtract the sale of the website so we take
